a)      As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor the previous sections activities and reading assignments

b)     You will take E-Quiz, Product Knowledge 10.1

2.    Recruiting, Interviewing and Onboarding

You will complete e-Lesson HR 10.1 – Recruiting, Interviewing, and Onboarding where you will learn the proper procedures to recruit and hire a Parksite associate. Please reference SOP HR 13.1 Recruiting Process

3.    Coaching & Mentoring

You will complete the e-LessonGreat Coaches & Mentors 10.1 where you will learn how to develop and apply various coaching and mentoring techniques.

Upon completion of this module, draft and apply an appropriate coaching and or mentoring strategy to one or more of your direct reports. Then discuss your plans/strategies with supervisor prior to implementation.

4.    Manager Responsibilities & Leadership Styles

You will complete the e-Lesson Manager Responsibilities & Leadership Styles 10.1 where you will learn how to successfully apply various leadership styles.

5.    Logistics Lesson 2 of 2

Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.

6.    New Hire Assessment

Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessments and complete the - New Hire Assessmentprior to the trainees 90^th day of employment.
