You will independently conduct normal opening/startup procedures
You will review with your direct supervisor the previous day’s lessons including activities 1-5
You will complete the Manager enrolled product knowledge course(s) (see page 25, part 4b)
Your direct supervisor will assign and define your:
Territory, accounts and key accounts
Segment action plans
Territory goals
Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.
You will complete the adjacent eLesson, Communication Basics 14.1- Crucial Conversations and DISC, where you will learn about your personality type and how to negotiate and influence high stake conversations.
You will complete e-Lesson Strategic Negotiations 10.1 where you learn how to apply various negotiation strategies and tactics.
Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessments and complete the - New Hire Assessment prior to the trainees 90th day of employment.
