A.     Opening/Startup Activities

You will independently conduct normal opening/startup procedures.

B.     Review and e-Learn

1. You will review with your direct supervisor the previous day’s lessons including activities 1-6

2. You will take e-Modules:

• Manager enrolled product knowledge courses (Refer to page 21, 3b)

• Payment Processing – Options & Policies e-Quiz 10.1

C.     Product Knowledge (Manager Assigned)

1)      Your direct supervisor will assign 2 products for you to study from the following list:

2)     Your direct supervisor will enroll you into the above selected (2) courses

3)      You will access and study all materials relative to the assigned Product Knowledge/Summary Sheet (click onto the hyperlink above to access the Product Summary/Knowledge Sheet)

4)     You will locate/inspect the above-mentioned product(s) in one of our warehouses

5)     Your direct supervisor will schedule a ride-along with a contemporary or defined expert who will:

• Provide you with an overview of the product(s)
• Explain how the product(s) fits into your market segment and accounts
• Explain how to establish creditability for the product(s)

6)       You will then complete the assigned e-Lesson/e-Quiz

D.     Critical Thinking

You will complete the adjacent eLesson, Critical Thinking 10.1, where you will learn how to apply the T.E.S.T. Critical Thinking Module to help resolve any issue or problem.

E.    Pronto Lesson (Reports)

Your direct supervisor will explain and demonstrate how to pull read and apply the following reports/functions:

• Sales by Territory

• Vetting Report/Margin

• Open Order Report

• Backorder Report

• Hold for Release

• Under $500 Report

• Exporting Reports to Excel

   

F.     Pronto Activity (Overflow Processing)

You will function as an overflow sales representative for an assigned expert applying all previous learned applications including the above mentioned lessons listed above for the remainder of the day.
