1. Your contemporary mentor will explain and demonstrate how to post comments and documents

2. You will simultaneously refer to SOP SF 3.1 – Posting Comments & Documents

    

D.     Product Knowledge Azek

1. You will access/print /read and study the following Product Summary Sheets:

• AZEK Deck

• AZEK Rail Gates & Lights

• AZEK Trim

• AZEK Moulding

• AZEK Vast Pavers

     2. You will locate/inspect the above mentioned product(s) in the warehouse

E.     Pronto Lesson (De-allocation / Re-allocation Process)

1. Your direct supervisor or local SME will explain and demonstrate how to implement complex sales transaction that requires the implementation of the de-allocation / re-allocation process

2. You will simultaneously read and reference the following SOP P 14.1 De-allocation / Re-allocation Process

3. As practical and under the direct supervision of an SME you will complete 6 orders requiring de-allocation / re-allocation

F.     Pronto Lesson (Direct/Drop Ship Process)

1. A local SME will explain and demonstrate how to perform a direct shipment order entry involving the following topics:

• Entry

• On Credit Hold

• Purchasing Notifications

     2. You will simultaneously read and refer to SOP P 20.1 Direct/Drop Ship Process

G.     Pronto Activity (Overflow Processing)

You will function as an overflow sales representative for an assigned expert applying all previous learned applications including the abovementioned lessons for the remainder of the day.
