You will continue to shadow a local SME who will provide you with an overview of opening/start up, and follow up procedures related to the previous day’s business.

B     Review and e-Learn

1. You will review with your direct supervisor the previous day’s lessons including activities 1-6

2. You will take e-Lessons:

• Pronto Sales Order Entry (30 Min.)

Note: Complete Pronto 10.1 using 2 monitors in the following manner:

• Monitor 1 - open/play the e-course

• Monitor 2 - open the Pronto (Test Data Base) application

• Simultaneously duplicate the instructor’s (e-course) actions in Pronto

• Pause the e-course as needed to perform the Pronto action

C.     Salesforce Part 2 - Overview (Chatter Filters)

1. Your contemporary mentor will explain and demonstrate how to filter your Parksite feed in Salesforce to follow specific people, groups, files and topics

2. You will simultaneously refer to SOP SF 2.1 Chatter Filters - People Groups, Files & Topics

D.     Pronto Lesson (Sales Order Warehouse Change & Backorders)

1. Your direct supervisor or local SME will explain and demonstrate how to implement complex sales transaction associated with warehouse changes and backorders

2. You will simultaneously read and reference the following SOP’s:

• P – 13.1 Sales Order Backorder &Split Order Process

• P – 15.1 Sales Order Warehouse Change (reference only)

     3. As practical and under the direct supervision of an SME you will complete 6 orders requiring a warehouse change, backorder and split order that involves:

• Locating Materials

• Transfers

• Product Search

• Allocation /Stock Commitments

E.     Pronto Activity (Overflow Processing)

1. You will shadow/observe and function as an overflow sales representative for an assigned expert entering non-complex sales for the remainder of the day

2. When necessary, refer to SOP’s P 10.1-12.1
