A.     Opening/Startup Procedures

You will shadow a local SME who will provide you with an overview of branch daily opening/start up procedures including but not limited to:

• Facility/structure opening procedures

• PC start up and program check

• Retrieve and process faxed in orders

• Review daily sales – territory

• Team meeting/objectives

• Review delivery schedule (white board)

• Review incoming inventory

• Review call list promotions

• Review special offerings

B.     Review & e-Learn

1. You will review with your direct supervisor the previous day’s lessons including activities 1-5

2. You will take the following e-Lessons/videos (when available review the adjacent reference guide:)

• Construction Knowledge 10.1 Moisture Management (8Min.) – Reference Guide

• Construction Knowledge 10.2 Exterior Cladding (5Min.) – Reference Guide

• Construction Knowledge 10.3 Insulation (8Min.) – Reference Guide

• Building Science – Energy Basics, Thermal Comfort 11.1 (8Min.) – Reference Guide

C.     Salesforce Part 1 – Overview (Customizing Your Home Page)

1. A local SME will provide you with an overview of Salesforce and demonstrate how to:

• Access Salesforce

• Customize your Home Page (personal profile, top tabs and dashboard)

     3. You will simultaneously refer to SOP SF 1.1 Customizing Your Home Page – My profile, Top Tabs & Dashboard

     4. You will complete e-Lesson, Introduction to Salesforce - Customizing You Home Page 10.1 (10 Min.)

D.     Product Knowledge DuPont Tyvek - Residential

1. A local SME will demonstrate how to access and use,” Product Knowledge Sheets” (PKS)

2. You will read/study and or view PKS DuPont Tyvek – Residential topics as posted by your specified job level

3. You will tour the warehouse with your immediate supervisor and locate/inspect the above mentioned product(s)

E.     Product Knowledge Tyvek - Commercial

1. You will access, read/study PKS DuPont Tyvek - Commercialtopics as indicated by your job level

2. You will locate/inspect the above mentioned product(s) in the warehouse

F.     Pronto Lesson (Sales Order Entry/Confirmation Print/Acti-Fax)

1. Your direct supervisor or local SME will explain and demonstrate the following Pronto applications:

• P 10.1 - Order Entry

• P 11.1 – Confirmation Print

• P 12.1 – Acti-Fax Confirmations

     2. You will simultaneously read and refer to the above mentioned SOP’s:

     3. You will shadow/observe an assigned SME enter 6 non-complex sales orders

     4. As it applies to the previous 6 sales orders, the SME will discuss/explain the applied:

• Charges

• Taxes

• Deviation

• Carrier Codes

• Item Lookup

• Reason Codes

• Notes

• Confirmations

• Printing

• Print Confirmations

• Acti-Fax Confirmations
