B.  Miller Heiman - Conceptual Selling Review (Part 3 of 3)

 

After reading Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling, Part 3 Chapters 12 & 13, Part 4 Chapters 14 & 15:

  1. Print an updated copy of the Miller Heiman Green Sheet from the previous lesson

  2. Take e-Lesson Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling Review 16.1

C.  Miller Heiman Review with Perspective 17.1

You will complete e-Lesson Miller Heiman Review with Perspective 17.1 where you learn how to apply the Miller Heiman sales methodology.

D.  Miller Heiman - SCOUT Training in Salesforce

 

Complete the e-Module Introduction to Miller Heiman SCOUT where you will:

1. Listen to an introduction

2. View Scout training videos 8-14 located under the Course Materials Header

3. Return to this e-Module and complete the equiz.

 

E.  Strategic Negotiations 10.1

You will complete the adjacent e-Lesson Strategic Negotiations 10.1 where you learn how to apply various negotiation stratagies and tactics.

 

F. Logistics Lesson 2 of 2

Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.
