After reading Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling, Part 3 Chapters 12 & 13, Part 4 Chapters 14 & 15:
Print an updated copy of the Miller Heiman Green Sheet from the previous lesson
Take e-Lesson Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling Review 16.1
You will complete e-Lesson Miller Heiman Review with Perspective 17.1 where you learn how to apply the Miller Heiman sales methodology.
Complete the e-Module Introduction to Miller Heiman SCOUT where you will:
1. Listen to an introduction
2. View Scout training videos 8-14 located under the Course Materials Header
3. Return to this e-Module and complete the equiz.
You will complete the adjacent e-Lesson Strategic Negotiations 10.1 where you learn how to apply various negotiation stratagies and tactics.
Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.
