You will complete the adjacent e-Lesson Communication Basics 14.1 - Crucial Conversations and DISC, where you will learn how to effectively influence high stake conversations.

 

C.  Miller Heiman - Conceptual Selling Review (Part 1 of 3)

After reading Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling – Part 1 Chapters, 2-4 and Part 2 Chapter 5, you will:

  1. Print an updated copy of the Miller Heiman Blue Sheet from e-Lesson Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Review 13.1

  2. Print a blank copy of the Miller Heiman Green Sheet

  3. Take e-Lesson Miller Heiman Conceptual Selling Review 14.1

 

D.  Logistics Lesson 1 of 2
