  1. Your contemporary mentor will explain and demonstrate how to:

    • Enter contacts in Salesforce

    • Create an a new account in Salesforce

    • Create a sales opportunity in Salesforce

    • Populate a Blue Sheet Opportunity in Salesforce

    • Create a default opportunity team in Salesforce

    • Convert leads in Salesforce

    • Process Co-Up Expenses in Salesforce

    • Enter Tyvek builder details in Salesforce

  2. You will simultaneously refer to SOP’s:

C.  Communication Basics (Part 4) - Interpersonal Skills

You will complete the adjacent e-Lesson Communication Basice 13.1 - Interpersonal Skills where you will learn how to effectively create and deliver a message that isn't misinterpreted.

 

D.  Miller Heiman - Strategic Selling Review (Part 3 of 3)

After reading Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Part 3, Chapters 11-13, you will:

  1. Print an updated copy of the Miller Heiman Blue Sheet from the previous lesson

  2. Take e-Lesson Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Review 13.1
