C.  Communication Basics (Part 2) - Writing Skills & Email Etiquette

You will complete the adjacent e-Lesson Communication Basics 11.1 where you’ll learn how to develop your writing skills and email etiquette.

 

D.  Miller Heiman – Strategic Selling Review (Part 1 of 3)

After reading Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Part 1, Chapter 2-4 and Part 2, Chapters 5 & 6, you will:

  1. Print a blank copy of the Miller Heiman Blue Sheet

  2. Take e-Lesson Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Review 11.1
