1.    Review and e-Learn

a)      As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor the previous days lesson(s) and activities including lessons 1-2

b)     You will then complete the following e-Lessons/videos:

• Building Knowledge – Installation Instructions, Weather Barriers 14.3(Pt.3, 10 Min.) – Reference Guide
• Building Knowledge – Sales Training, DuPont Tyvek 15.1(Parts 1-3, 10 Min.)
• Manager enrolled product knowledge course(s)(see page 16, part 2b)

2.    Logistics Lesson

You will complete the e-Module Introduction to Logistics 10.1 (20 Min.) where you will learn how an order flows through our organization.

3.    Product Knowledge

Select and study two brands/products assigned to your branch location.

a)      To access the product knowledge mix assigned to your branch location, click here

b)     Under your location click the hyperlink to the product you would like to study.

c)      Master all knowledge as it relates to the brand/company description, products, features, and resources in your location

d)     You will locate/inspect the above-mentioned product(s) in one of our warehouses

e)     Your direct supervisor will schedule a ride-along with a contemporary or defined expert who will:

•         Provide you with an overview of the product(s)
•         Explain how the product(s) fits into your market segment and accounts
•         Explain how to establish creditability for the product(s)

f)       On Section 10, you will take the branch specific product knowledge course e-Quiz

4.    Critical Thinking

You will complete the e-Lesson Critical Thinking 10.1where you will learn how to apply the T.E.S.T. Critical Thinking Module to help resolve any issue or problem.
