A) As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor the previous days lesson(s) and activities including lessons 1-4 and the Miller Heiman reading assignment
b) You will take e-Lessons:
2. Logistics Lesson 2 of 2
Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.
3. Strategic Negotiations 10.1
You will complete e-Lesson Strategic Negotiations 10.1, where you’ll learn how to effectively influence high stake conversations.
4. New Hire Assessment
Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessments and complete the - New Hire Assessment prior to the trainees 90th day of employment.
