Day 4 Activities

1. Review and e-Learn

 

a) As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor  the previous days lesson(s) and activities including lessons 1-4 and the Miller Heiman reading assignment

 

b) You will take e-Lessons/videos:

  • TimberTech - Overview 10.1 (45Min.)
  • TimberTech Decking 11.1 (45 Min)
  • TimberTech Rail, Gates and Lights 12.1 (45 Min.)
  • Introduction to Salesforce – Chatter Filters 11.1 (15 Min.)

2. Salesforce Part 3 Overview (Posting Comments & Documents)

 

a) Your contemporary mentor will explain and demonstrate how to post comments and documents

 

b) You will simultaneously refer to SOP SF 3.1 – Posting Comments & Documents

 

c) You will discuss and analyze with your direct supervisors all dashboard metrics as it applies to your market segment

 

3. Ride-Along – AZEK / TimberTech

 

a) Your direct supervisor will schedule a one day ride-along with a Parksite Expert who will provide you with an overview of:

  • AZEK & TimberTech products
  • How CPG products fit into your market segment and accounts
  • How to establish creditability for these products

b) Enter onto your PDF the scheduled time/date

 

c) Enter onto your PDF the scheduled Specialist

 

4. Product Knowledge (Manager Assigned)

 

a)      Your direct supervisor will assign 2 products for you to study from the following list:

b)     Your direct supervisor will enroll you into the above selected (2) courses

c)      You will access and study all materials relative to the assigned Product Knowledge/Summary Sheet (click onto the hyperlink above to access the Product Summary/Knowledge Sheet)

d)     You will locate/inspect the above-mentioned product(s) in one of our warehouses

e)     Your direct supervisor will schedule a ride-along with a contemporary or defined expert who will:

  • Provide you with an overview of the product(s)
  • Explain how the product(s) fits into your market segment and accounts
  • Explain how to establish creditability for the product(s)

f)       You will then complete the assigned e-Lesson/e-Quiz

 

5. Miller Heiman – Strategic Selling Review (Part 1 of 3)

 

After reading Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Part 1, Chapter 2-4 and Part 2, Chapters 5 & 6, you will:

 

a) Print a blank copy of the Miller Heiman Blue Sheet

 

b) Take the adjacent e-Lesson, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Review 11.1
