Day 2 Activities

1. Review & e-Learn

a) As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor  the previous days lesson(s) and activities including lessons 1-5 from the previous day

2. Salesforce Lesson 1 – Overview (Customizing Your Home Page)

a) A local SME will provide you with an overview of Salesforce and demonstrate how to:

• Access Salesforce
• Customize your Home Page (personal profile, top tabs and dashboard)

b) You will simultaneously refer to SOP SF 1.1 Customizing Your Home Page – My profile, Top Tabs & Dashboard

c) You will then complete the adjacent e-Lesson, Cutomizing your Salesforce Home Page 10.1

3. Product Knowledge AZEK Decking

a) A local SME will demonstrate how to access and use,” Product Knowledge / Summary Sheets” (PKS/PSS)

b) You will read/study PSS:

• AZEK Deck
• AZEK Rail, Gates & Lights
• AZEK Trim
• AZEK Mouldings
• AZEL Pavers

c) As soon as practical, you will tour the warehouse with your immediate supervisor or contemporary mentor and locate/inspect the above mentioned product(s)
