1.    New Hire Orientation (Welcome)

a)      As directed by a Parksite representative you will meet with your direct supervisor and participate in phase 1 of the new hire orientation (meet, greet & tour of the facility)

b)     As scheduled by your direct supervisor you will participate in phase 2 of the New Hire Orientation, where you will complete your new hire documentation. You will simultaneously access and refer the following materials:

•         State Required Forms – (sent via email by HR)

•         Orientation Agenda
•         Orientation Power Point 10.1
•         Associate Action Report (AAR)
•         Payroll Schedule: Hourly
•         Payroll Schedule: Salary
•         Tobacco & Spousal Surcharge Affidavit
•         Benefit Forms
•         Benefit Guide
•         Benefit Summary
•         Benefit Payroll Deductions
•         Holiday Schedule

Please note once a month HR will host a benefits orientation. Please reach out to Sarah Henry at shenry@parksite.com to reserve your spot.

2.    ADP/HRB

a)      A local SME will demonstrate how to access and use ADP/HRB – Workforce Now:

• Self-Registration
• Time & Attendance – Time off request
• Pay Statements
• Personal Information
• Benefits
• Parksite Performance Discussion (review process)

b)     You will simultaneously refer to:

• ADP Self – Registration Quick Reference Card
• SOP HR 10.1 HRB – Annual Appraisal/Review Process

3.    Communications & Mobile Office

a)      Your direct supervisor will provide you with:

• Copies of Miller Heiman Conceptual & Strategic Selling
• Cell phone
• PC/laptop
• All applicable user logins, passwords & VPN access
• W - Drive file storage
• Branch and emergency contact information - Parksite
• Branch and emergency contact information - APC

b)     A local SME will demonstrate the proper use, functionality and set up of your:

• Phone & voice mail
• PC/word processor
• VPN access
• Outlook account (email, calendar, and Microsoft Teams)
• Salesforce (access only)

c)      You will simultaneously read/refer to the following documents:

• MS Word Top Tab Reference Guide
• Outlook Top Tab Reference Guide

4.    Parknet

a)      Your direct supervisor will demonstrate how to access Parknetand utilize/apply:

• Home Page Metrics (sales,) Sitelines, and Company-wide Calls
• Requesting Business Cards

b)     You & your direct supervisor will jointly order your business cards

5.    Training & Development Part 1

a)      A T&D Representative will contact you and schedule a demonstration on how to access and use the Training & Development Platform

b)     You will simultaneously read/refer to SOP TR 12.1 Access & Course Enrollment-T&D Platform

c)      You will then complete e-Lessons:

• Welcome to Parksite 10.1
• ESOP 10.1
• CultureWise 10.1-10.3
• Harassment Prevention 10.1
• Course Self Enrollment 10.1
• Ethics 10.1
