1.    Review and e-Learn

a)      As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor the previous section, activities and reading assignments

b)     You will take e-Lessons: Product Knowledge 10.1

 

2.    Communication Basics (Part 5)

You will complete e-LessonCommunication Basics 14.1 – Crucial Conversation and DISC, where you’ll learn about your personality type and how to effectively interact with other personality types.

 

3.    Strategic Negotiations

You will complete e-Lesson Strategic Negotiations 10.1, where you’ll learn how to effectively influence high stake conversations.

 

4.    Logistics Lesson 2 of 2

Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.

 

5.    New Hire Assessment

Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessmentsand complete the - New Hire Assessmentprior to the trainees 90th day of employment.
