1.    Review and e-Learn

a)      As practical (in person or by phone/conference call) you will review with your direct supervisor the previous sections and activities including lessons 1-4 and the Miller Heiman reading assignment

b)     You will take E-Quiz, Product Knowledge 10.1

 

2.    Territory Management

Your direct supervisor will assign and define your:

  •         Territory, accounts, and key accounts
  •         Segment action plans
  •         Territory budget

 

3.    Logistics Lesson 2 of 2

Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.

 

4.    New Hire Assessment

Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessments and complete the - New Hire Assessmentprior to the trainees 90th day of employment.
