1.     Opening/Startup Activities

You will independently conduct normal opening/startup procedures

2.     Review and e-Learn

a)       You will review with your direct supervisor the previous day’s lessons and activities

b)      You will take E-Quiz, Product Knowledge 10.1

3.     Territory Management

Your direct supervisor will assign and define your:

• Territory, accounts and key accounts
• Segment action plans
• Territory budget

4.  Time Management

You will complete the e-Lesson Time Management 10.1 where you will learn how to control the timing and content of everything you do.

5.   Project Management

You will complete the e-Lesson Project Management 10.1 where you will learn how to plan, implement and manage a defined project.

6. Coaching & Mentoring

You will complete the e-Lesson Great Coaches & Mentors 10.1 where you will learn how to develop and apply various coaching and mentoring techniques.

Upon completion of this module, draft and apply an appropriate coaching and or mentoring strategy to one or more of your direct reports. Then discuss your plans/strategies with supervisor prior to implementation.

7. Manager Responsibilities & Leadership Styles

You will complete the e-Lesson Manager Responsibilities & Leadership Styles 10.1 where you will learn how to successfully apply various leadership styles.

8. Recruiting, Interviewing and Onboarding

You will complete e-Lesson Recruiting, Interviewing, and Onboarding 10.1 where you will learn the proper procedures to recruit and hire a Parksite associate.

Upon completion of the module, please contact the HR Director or Manager of Training & Development to schedule your attendance for behavioral Interview workshop.

9.  Logistics Lesson 2 of 2

Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.

10. New Hire Assessment

Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessments and complete the - New Hire Assessment prior to the trainees 90^th day of employment.
