1.     Opening/Startup Activities

You will independently conduct normal opening/startup procedures.

 

2.    Review and e-Learn

a)      You will review with your direct supervisor the previous day’s lessons, activities and reading assignments

b)     You will take e-Lessons E-Quiz Product Knowledge 10.1

 

3.    Territory Management

Your direct supervisor will assign and define your:

  • Territory, accounts and key accounts
  • Segment action plans
  • Territory budget

 

4.    Logistics Lesson 2 of 2

Your direct supervisor will introduce you to the Logistics Manager where you will participate in the “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” program.

 

5.    New Hire Assessment

Your direct supervisor will refer to SOP TR 14.1 Assessments and complete the - New Hire Assessmentprior to the trainees 90th day of employment.
