1.    Opening/Startup Procedures

You will shadow a local SME who will provide you with an overview on daily opening/start up procedures including but not limited to:

 

  • Facility/structure opening procedures
  • PC - start up and program check
  • Team meeting/objectives
  • Margin analysis
  • Supplier rebate check
  • Marketing projects

 

2.    Review & e-Learn

As practical, you will review with your direct supervisor the previous sections, activities and reading assignments.

 

3.    Salesforce Part 1 – Overview (Customizing Your Home Page)

a)      A local SME will provide you with an overview of Salesforce and demonstrate how to:

  • Access Salesforce
  • Customize your Home Page (personal profile, top tabs, and dashboard)

b)     You will simultaneously refer to SOP SF 1.1 Customizing Your Home Page – My profile, Top Tabs & Dashboard

c)      You will complete e-Lesson, Introduction to Salesforce - Customizing You Home Page 10.1 (10 Min.)

 

4.    Product Knowledge Corian Solid Surface

a)      To access and study Corian Solid Surface products click here

b)     To access and study the Corian Product Summary Sheet, click here

c)      Master all knowledge including the brand/company description, products, features, and resources  

d)     As practical, locate/inspect the above-mentioned product(s) in one of our warehouses

 

5.    Communication Basics - Part 1

You will complete e-Lesson Communication Basics 10.1 where you’ll learn how to develop your professional presence, body language and verbal skills.

 

6.    Infor CSD TEST - Account Activation

a)      You will receive via email logon credentials to access Infor CSD Test Platform

b)     As scheduled by your direct supervisor you will work with an assigned SME and or contemporary who will provide you with an overview of the ERP and demonstrate how to:

 

  • Access the CSD interface while you reference, SOP IN 10.1 – Mingle Account Activation
  • Navigate the user interface
  • Access Smart Help - embedded documentation (the SOP’s) and training simulations
  • Utilize search features – product, customer, sales order
