Product Knowledge

1. Study all the brands and products sold at your location 

2. Click here to access and study the Product Summary Sheets corresponding to your location

3. Master all knowledge as it relates to each product including but not limited to, the product overview, features, specifications, warranty, current offerings and resources 

4. You will locate/inspect the above-mentioned product(s) in one of our warehouses

5. If you’re a member of outside sales, your direct supervisor will schedule a ride-along with a defined contemporary or expert who will:

            o   Provide you with an overview of the product(s)

            o   Explain how the product(s) fits into your market segment and accounts

            o   Explain how to establish creditability for the product(s)

6. Upon completion of your product knowledge studies, you will complete the Branch Specific - Product knowledge e-Quiz 10.1
