You will independently implement opening/start up procedures including but not limited to:
a) As practical you will review with your direct supervisor the previous sections
b) You will complete the e-Quiz, IL01 – Introduction to WMS & CSD
You will complete e-Lesson Communication Basics 11.1 – Writing Skills & Email Etiquette
Select and study two brands/products assigned to your branch location
a) To access the product knowledge mix assigned to your branch location, click here.
b) Use the pulldown and select your assigned company
c) Click on the map pin associated to your branch location (enlarge the map if necessary)
d) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the brand you wish to study
e) Master all knowledge as it relates to the brand/company description, products, features, and resources
f) You will locate/inspect the above-mentioned product(s) in one of our warehouses
g) Your direct supervisor will schedule a ride-along with a contemporary or defined expert who will:
h) In section 9, you will take the assigned branch specific product knowledge course e-Quiz
a) Your SME will provide you with an overview and demonstrate how to perform the following picking processes including:
b) You will simultaneously refer to the above-mentioned SOP’s
c) Under the direct supervision of the SME, you will perform each of the above-mentioned applications twice
a) Your SME will provide you with an overview and demonstrate how to perform the following picking processes including, SOP IL XX.1 – LOADING
b) You will simultaneously refer to the above-mentioned SOP’s
c) Under the direct supervision of the SME, you will perform each of the above-mentioned applications twice
You will function as an overflow sales representative for an assigned expert applying all previously learned applications including the abovementioned lessons for the remainder of the day.
