1.    Opening / Start-up Procedures

You will shadow a local SME who will provide you with an overview on daily opening/start up procedures including but not limited to:

•         Facility - outside perimeter safety check (drive)
•         Alarm deactivation procedures
•         Facility - inside perimeter safety check and simultaneously unlock/open doors where applicable
•         Direct inbound/waiting trucks/deliveries
•         Verify the status of all Parksite (and temp) outbound drivers and trucks

2.    Review and e-Learn

a)      As practical you will review with your direct supervisor  the previous days lesson(s) and activities

b)     You will take e-Lessons/videos:

•         Introduction to Salesforce - Customizing Your Home Page 10.1
•         Tyvek HouseWrap 10.1
•         Corian Solid Surface 10.1

3.    Infor CSD & WMS TEST – Account Activation

a)      You will receive via email logon credentials to access Infor CSD Test Platform

b)     As scheduled by your direct supervisor you will work with an assigned SME and or contemporary who will provide you with an overview of the ERP and demonstrate how to:

•         Access the CSD interface while you reference, SOP IN 10.1 – CSD Account Activation and Access
•         Navigate the user interface
•         Access Smart Help - embedded documentation (the SOP’s) and training simulations
•         Utilize search features – product, customer, sales order

4.    Introduction to Infor U – Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Training

You will receive via email logon credentials to complete a series of self-directed online courses hosted by the Infor Training Campus. Please complete the courses as direct below while referencing SOP IC 10.1 – Infor Campus Self Directed Training:
