Forklift Certification

1. Complete the Forklift Certification e-Lesson while referencing the Forklift Workshop Guide. You may access the video guide under the Course Materials Header
2. A local certified forklift trainer will teach you how to properly use a forklift
3. Upon successful completion of the above-mentioned e-Lesson, your trainer will have you perform a practice exercise (part 2) where they will implement the Operators Forklift Performance Test
4. Your supervisor will enter the evaluation results into the Parksite Training & Development Platform (under the associates name.)

Company Policy: Operator recertification is required every 12 months.
