Day 9 Activities

1.    Opening / Production Start Up Procedures

You will implement daily production floor start up procedures while being supervised by an SME or Manager. This includes but is not limited to:

a)      Floor safety check / audit(s) (6S and Managers Weekly audit)

a)      Equipment checks

b)     Work order assignment

c)      Team Meeting / Huddle Board

2.    Review and e-Learn

You will review with your direct supervisor the previous days lesson(s) and activities.

3.    Time Management

You will complete e-Lesson Time Management 10.1 where you will learn how to control the timing and content of everything you do.

4.    Production Floor Shift Change / End of Day Operations

You will implement shift change and or end of day operations while being supervised by an SME or Manager. This included but is not limited to:

b)     Floor safety check / audit(s) (6S and Managers Weekly audit)

a)      Equipment checks / maintenance / Cleaning / Lock Out -Tag Out Procedures

b)     Work order communication – subsequent shift

c)      Team meeting / Huddle Board
