Day 7 Activities

 

1.    Review and e-Learn

a)      You will review with your direct supervisor the previous days lesson(s) and activities.

b)     You will complete the e-Lesson Door Assembly and Staging 10.1 (How to video to be recorded)

 

2.    Production Floor – Component Corrections (Cells 10 & 11)

As per work order, the Production Coordinator will demonstrate how to:

a)      Make component corrections to the work order.

b)     Implement production reporting SharePoint Hyper 1

c)      Complete updating the work order

d)     Release ERP generated credit holds when the order is ready to ship via email request to LBMchangerelease@parksite.com

e)     As it related to the above you will simultaneously refer to SOP’s:

3.    Production Floor – Staging Units for Delivery (Cells 12)

The Material Handler will demonstrate how to pick and stage units/slabs for assigned delivery.

 

4.    Pronto Lesson – Manufacturing / Work Orders

a)      A local SME will explain and demonstrate the following manufacturing applications in Pronto:

 

  • Inquire on Work Order
  • Create Work Order – Configures and Unconfigured
  • Complete a Work Order
  • Trouble Shooting a Work Order
  • Item Movement

 

b)     As it relates to the above, you will simultaneously refer the following SOP’s

 

 

c)      The SME will explain how to trouble shoot problematic orders as you reference the following SOP’s:

 

5.    Pronto Activity – Work Orders

Under the supervision of an SME, you will:

a)    Perform 5 Inquiries on a Work Order

b)   Create 5 Work Orders

c)    Perform Work Order Maintenance on 5 orders

d)   Apply the Item Movement application on 5 orders

 

6.    Practical Exercise

For the remainder of the day (minimum ½ day,) you will work with an assigned SME applying all previous lessons learned including but not limited to:

a)      Making component corrections to work orders

b)     Implement production reporting

c)      Complete updating work orders

d)     Release credit holds (when applicable)

e)     Picking and staging units/slabs for delivery – refer to SOP DS-F 18.1 Transport Clip Installation
