Day 5 Activities

1.    Review and e-Learn

a)      You will review with your direct supervisor the previous days lesson(s) and activities

b)     You will complete the e-Lesson Frame Machining 10.1 (How to video to be recorded)

2.    BLR Safety Training

You will complete the following two e-Modules:

a)      Hand Protection 10.1

b)     Stress Management 10.1

c)      Hazzard Communication 10.1

3.    Critical Thinking 10.1

You will complete e-Lesson Critical Thinking 10.1 where you learn how to apply the T.E.S.T. Critical Thinking Module to address any issue or problem.

4.    Prisma Guard – Paint Shop

A local Prisma Guard certified SME will demonstrate how to:

• Prep the door for finishing
• Finish / paint the door
• Post-finish prep the door
• Stage the door
• Return to assembly
• Door touch-up – refer to SOP DS-F 12.1 Prisma Guard Touch-Up
• How to maintain the areas associated to this work cell (NEW 8? – Update flow chart and fix numbering)

5.    Practical Exercise

For one full day, you will work with an assigned SME applying all previous lessons learned including but not limited to all pre- and post-paint shop activities.
