1.    New Hire Orientation (Welcome)

 

a)      As directed by a Parksite representative you will meet with your direct supervisor and participate in phase 1 of the new hire orientation (meet, greet & tour of the facility)

b)     As scheduled by your direct supervisor you will participate in phase 2 of the New Hire Orientation, where you will complete your new hire documentation. You will simultaneously access and refer the following materials:

 

Please note once a month HR will host a benefits orientation. Please reach out to Sarah Henry at shenry@parksite.com to reserve your spot.

 

2.    ADP/HRB

a)      HR will provide you with instructions via email on how to access and use ADP/HRB – Workforce Now:

  • Self-Registration
  • Time & Attendance – Time off request
  • Pay Statements
  • Personal Information
  • Benefits
  • Parksite Performance Discussion (review process)

 

a)      You will simultaneously refer to:

 

3.    Communications & Mobile Office

a)      Your direct supervisor will provide you with:

 

b)     A local SME will demonstrate the proper use, functionality and set up of your:

  • Cell phone / office phone and voice mail
  • PC/word processor
  • Access through your VPN
  • Outlook account (email, calendar & Teams.) Refer to Corporate Signature Plate Policy

 

 

4.    Parknet

a)      Your direct supervisor will demonstrate how to accessParknet and utilize/apply:

b)     You & your direct supervisor will jointly order your business cards

 

5.    Training & Development Part 1

a)      A T&D Representative will contact you and schedule a demonstration on how to access and use the Training & Development Platform

b)     You will simultaneously read/refer to SOP TR 12.1 Access & Course Enrollment-T&D Platform

c)      You will then complete e-Lessons:

 

6.    Training & Development Part 2 Manager Functions

a)      A local SME will demonstrate how to:

  • Download a job specific training program
  • Enroll your direct reports into a course
  • Track training compliance (reporting)

 

b)     You will simultaneously refer to:

 

7.    Concur Expense Management / Reporting

a)      You will complete the e-Lesson Concur Expense Reporting 10.1.

b)     As directed by the course you will simultaneously:
